TYPES
OF FILE SHARING
We
can find three types of file sharing:
PEER
TO PEER NETWORKS : This
kind of file sharing allows people to use a software that lets you
share files with other people through the network. ( some of them
are : Gnutella, Gnutella2 and Enetwork)
BIT
TORRENT : It
is a global standard for delivering high – quality files over
internet. The more popular the viedo or picture or song is , the
faster BitTorrent finds it.
For
this we can say that it is usually used for downloading large files
, because it is cheap fast and very efficient.
FILE
HOSTING SERVICES : Also
called online file storage service or online media center is
used to host static content , normally large files that are not web
pages.They serve many users or single-user storage. Some related
services are video sharing , virtual storage and remote backup.
