Google docs is virtual tool powered by Google Inc. which allows users to create and edit documents online.

History

Google docs was created in 2005. And since then, it has become in one of the most important suites for offices. Meanly, because it is appropriate for working in groups and secondly, because it is totally free.

Features

This system based in web 2.0 includes a word processor, and editor of presentations, a spreadsheet, a form application; and the most important one, an advanced system with which we can share our work and allow other users to collaborate in real time.

What do you need to use Google docs?

The only that you need is to create a new account of Gmail in order to can save your work, an internet connection, and a device which work with java platform.
